This is a very restricted development site with the Cotswold ANOB and the edge of the town development boundary. The proposal was to develop a scheme to maximize the site usage and the create an modern innovative series of dwellings. The site benefits from an internal watercourse that cannot be curveted and a confined site boundary with the potential for overlooking a modern housing development.

The proposals are to have single aspect three story house with parking at the lower level, the watercourse is to be located outside the built area and consequently is not built over, an extensive landscaping proposal will encourage natural species and wildlife to the reformed banks of the stream and create an interesting area for the benefit of the residents.

This is a restricted development site within land adjacent to the marketing the center of Tiverton Town very close to the historic Market Buildings, also being developed in 2005/6. The proposal was to develop a scheme to maximize the site usage and create a number of dwellings within the town center. The proposed development will create a six new dwellings all with off street parking.

This is a very restricted development site within the Tiverton Town boundary and very close to the historic Leet. The proposal was to develop a scheme to maximize the site usage and replace the existing shop House and outbuildings in the beneficial way.

The proposed development will create a two bedroom house, a one bedroom ground floor flat and a two bedroom first floor flat - all with off street parking.

This project is currently under construction with works expected to be completed early in 2011.
