Retirement Residences

This project comprised a development of flats and bungalows on a corner site bordered by roads and a commercial leat. It was designed to provide a safe environment with sitting areas, laundry and storage facilities (sensitively screened) and modest car    parking. The development      provided by an Almshouse Charity under Housing Corporation guidelines within budget and to agreed programme.
