Replacement Dwellings
Having bought an
extremely dilapidated timber framed bungalow on a rural site, the
clients, 2 sisters wanted separate accommodation, yet to be under
one roof. They both had very clear and specific ideas which
resulted in each having their own kitchen / dining room, sitting
room, bedroom with en-suite, a shared entrance, utility guest room
and quest bathroom. The large copper beech had to be retained as a
condition of the planning permission.
