A new dwelling to form a farmstead which the new owner wished to construct in a way reminiscent of traditional forms.  Built of masonry on the ground floor with green oak structures to the first floor and roof, it  incorporates a large number of traditional timber features including plank and muntin screens, oak doors etc.  A very traditional property in a rural setting.
