Extensions

Although not listed, a very old cob and stone cottage lovingly repaired and extended over the years by the owner using salvaged materials.  The requirement was for a new   bedroom to accommodate the large four poster bed, a garden / utility room, 2 additional bathrooms and a new kitchen.  Eternally additional parking and a lake was required.
